The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy Air Conditioning division in the City of London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong manager who can lead a team of engineers, oversee maintenance operations, and build lasting client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Air Conditioning division.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Air Conditioning Engineers.
- Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and small project works.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Plan engineer workloads and manage resources effectively.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in line with contractual requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and guidance to engineers when required.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing Air Conditioning Engineers or Air Conditioning contracts.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Valid F-Gas Category 1 Certification.
- Previous experience within Facilities Management or building services.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong communication and client-facing experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
