Are you adept at and passionate about delivering exceptional training to upskill and educate fellow and aspiring engineers?

Due to increasing demand, having successfully delivered over 10,000 courses in the past 12 months. We’re looking for an experienced AC Product Trainer to join our growing Training Team.

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be delivering DX training as a core priority for Daikin UK, supporting the industry's growing demand for Daikin certified air conditioning engineers. Create and deliver engaging technical training programmes covering; Official F-Gas certification, refrigerant handling best practices, legislative compliance, and the full Daikin Commercial (DX; splits & VRVs) product range.

Training will be provided through Daikin UK training centres, customer locations, and partner education providers as required.

Play a key role in addressing industry skills shortages, expanding the pool of qualified F-Gas Engineers, and promoting the best practices, safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible use of refrigerants.

Create learning content through a blend of classroom delivery, live virtual training, self-paced learning, eLearning modules, video content, digital resources, and immersive technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR).

Identify, develop, and deliver technical training solutions that meet the needs of both internal employees and external customers across installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance activities.

About You:

  • A confident and clear communicator, who thrives in delivering training and knowledge sharing, to up/cross-skill fellow engineers amongst the industry.
  • Adept in preparing highly-relevant and engaging training materials and modules.
  • Fully versed in all manner of AC Training on best practices, compliance and safety protocols.
  • Robust technical product knowledge of DX products (splits and VRVs).
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Qualified with F-gas (2079) certification, ideally along with an NVQ L2 in AC/R.
