Are you a passionate educator, qualified teacher, or therapeutic tutor looking to break free from traditional classroom walls? We match dedicated tutors with children and young people who are no longer in mainstream education. Whether a student thrives with hands-on, in-person support in the Cambridge area or benefits from interactive online learning across the UK, you'll help them rebuild confidence and rediscover their love for learning.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
- Total Flexibility: Choose between local, face-to-face tuition in Cambridge or flexible online sessions from anywhere in the UK.
- Purpose-Driven Work: Every hour you spend teaching directly helps a child overcome barriers, re-engage with education, and achieve their full potential.
- Autonomy to Innovate: Ditch rigid, one-size-fits-all lesson plans. Tailor your approach, leverage your therapeutic skills, and teach at the student's pace.
- Diverse Opportunities: Work with learners across primary, secondary, and SEND pathways, delivering core academic subjects or holistic, therapeutic support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
