About the Role

You've reached elite-level performance—whether in athletics, the arts, or in business. Now, you're prepared to channel that excellence into something lasting. As an academic coach at GT Anywhere, you'll support students in achieving what seems impossible: developing a love for learning, accelerating their progress, and evolving into confident, self-reliant individuals. All while working from wherever you choose.

GT Anywhere is a virtual school designed for gifted learners seeking acceleration. We combine AI-driven curriculum with personalized coaching to provide what conventional schooling cannot: unlimited academic velocity, rigorous depth across the sciences and humanities, and a cohort of intellectually driven peers. In this role, you'll mentor K–8 students who are ready to advance faster. You won't be delivering lessons—our technology manages that. Your role is to serve as the coach who cultivates confidence, maintains high standards, and guides students toward realizing their full potential. Each session is significant. Every milestone matters.

If you've driven yourself toward elite achievement—whether in competition, creative pursuits, research, or entrepreneurship—and you're ready to empower the next generation to do the same, this opportunity is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching sessions with each student, centered on goal-setting, motivation, and academic mindset development
  • Hosting open "office hours" where students can drop in for immediate support, guidance, or problem-solving
  • Designing and delivering engaging virtual life-skills workshops tailored to gifted students across different age groups
  • Leveraging AI tools and data dashboards to monitor student performance, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching strategies
  • Documenting observations, concerns, and strategic adjustments to keep each student on an accelerated growth path
  • Maintaining proactive communication with parents regarding student achievements, objectives, and challenges
  • Working closely with your team to exchange best practices, escalate issues, and continuously refine the coaching framework

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
