The Role
Make complex delivery feel seamless.
London Business School is looking for someone to join our Degree Education team, playing a key role in planning and coordinating the delivery of a complex portfolio of programmes.
You will manage timetabling and scheduling, support enrolment processes, and ensure operational readiness for teaching and learning. Working closely with stakeholders across the School, you will provide expert support, use data to inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement in how our programmes are delivered.
We are looking for you to bring strong organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with complex systems or scheduling tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Production of high-quality timetables and reports, with the identification of trends, issues and opportunities.
- Delivery of high-quality service in area of specialism.
- Area/team compliance with necessary regulations/processes.
- Projects delivered on time, on budget and to quality standards and targets.
- Development of relationships within and outside the team, and positive feedback from colleagues.
- Improvements to processes and procedures in own area of specialism.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders with competing priorities and varying levels of seniority.
- Ability to break down complex or technical issues and communicate them clearly to non-specialist audiences.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and assess complex scenarios.
- Experience using resource planning, timetabling or scheduling systems, or other complex database systems.
- Experience managing data, undertaking analysis, and producing insights and recommendations using appropriate tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL, AI-enabled tools).
- Project management and/or process improvement experience, with familiarity with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

At London Business School, we support Smart Working - a hybrid approach designed to help you achieve a healthy work-life balance while delivering the best outcomes for your role and the needs of our customers. All roles require a minimum of two days on campus each week to foster a vibrant, collaborative community.
For this role specifically, you will be expected to be on campus 2 days per week.
We operate with ‘core hours’ – 10:00-15:00 – to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours, you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time - a flexible, one-hour slot, within the working week dedicated to your learning and development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.
