Location: Cirencester

Salary: Grade 7 – starting at £34,610 and progressing to £41,064 per annum.

Please note: it is the university’s policy to appoint new staff at the bottom of the pay scale, unless there are demonstrable exceptional skills and experience the candidate brings with them.

We are seeking an Academic Quality Casework Manager to oversee the operational delivery of formal student casework, including academic appeals, complaints, academic misconduct and breaches of the student terms and conditions, in accordance with University policies and procedures and sector guidance. They will have line-management responsibility for the Academic Quality Officer (Casework).

The successful applicant will have experience of managing complex casework and the application of complex regulations. They will report to the Head of Academic Quality, and will contribute to the work of the Quality team, and wider Academic Services Directorate, as required.
