About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Educator / Assessor Writers to support an advanced AI evaluation project. You’ll apply your expertise in educational assessment, academic writing, grading, and rubric-based evaluation to assess AI-generated content. Prior AI experience is not required — your domain expertise is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated written responses for clarity, accuracy, tone, helpfulness, and instruction-following.
- Apply rubrics and evaluation criteria consistently.
- Provide clear, evidence-based written rationales and feedback.
- Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, unsupported claims, and usability issues.
- Document evaluation findings and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Collaborate remotely with project teams and incorporate reviewer feedback.

Required Qualifications
- Strong written English and editing skills.
- Degree from an accredited institution in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
- Experience marking, grading, or assessing written work using rubrics or established criteria.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to provide objective, evidence-based feedback.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in assessment design or instructional design.
- Background in peer review, thesis supervision, or academic writing.
- Experience designing or applying educational rubrics.
- Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or data annotation.
Compensation
- $90–$140/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Fully remote with a flexible schedule.
- Approximately 10 positions available.
