The School of Education is currently seeking to expand its pool of Academic Tutors. We are searching for Academic Tutors who could support with the design and delivery of our Secondary PGCE History Education with QTS programme.

Please note this is a fixed-term role until the end of January and there will be up to 30 hours available. A full list of responsibilities can be found in the role profile attached.

Is this you?

As an Academic Tutor in Initial Teacher Training, you will work within the ITT Team across the range of provision, and engage in a number of activities, including the development of teaching materials and high-quality delivery of these, marking of assessments, supporting trainee progress and supervision of trainees on practicum. Ideally, you will hold a master’s in education and should also have Qualified Teacher Status with proven expertise in your subject and phase.
