About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Academy Administrator / Secretary to support the daily operations of a growing international training academy. The successful candidate will serve as the central administrative point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination between students, instructors, management, and external stakeholders.

They work with government, defence, and commercial organisations to build real-world cyber capability, and continue to invest heavily in research and development to stay ahead of emerging threats.
What You'll Do
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to academy leadership and staff.
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and schedules.
- Coordinate student onboarding, attendance records, and documentation.
- Maintain academy records, databases, and filing systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Support event planning, workshops, graduations, and academy activities.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistical arrangements when required.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in administration, office management, executive assistance, or secretarial roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, service-oriented, and positive attitude.
- Willingness to relocate internationally and work onsite.
