Role Overview
The Academy Driver is responsible for providing a safe, reliable and professional driving service across the Academy. Reporting to the Head of Academy Operations, the role includes management of part-time drivers (exclusively Academy), and to work alongside the Club Driver & Fleet Compliance Manager ensuring all vehicles are maintained and presented to a professional standard. The Academy Driver delivers a consistent, reliable service to ensure safe transport of Academy players, staff and guests.

- Provide transport for identified registered players to and from our Motspur Park training site.
- Provide transport for trialist players to and from airports, train stations, accommodation, and club activities.
- Support the player induction process when identifying players in need of transport support.
- Act as a guide for visits to Motspur Park and Craven Cottage.
- Assist the club on 1st team match days for corporate driving requirement.
- Support the Academy across key events and wider activities.
- Promote the work of Fulham Academy amongst the London football community.
- Always represent Fulham Football Club to a high standard in line with club values.

Requirements
- This will be a part-time (20-hour) role, with hours split across a 7-day week.
- Hold a full clean driving licence
- Interact with others in a positive manner
- Strong understanding of the local area
- Positive ability to work within a diverse organisation
- Self-starter who takes pride in the delivery of a professional service
- Bi-Lingual (Desired)
- D1 driving licence (Desired)
