What is the role?
We are looking for someone to lead the continued expansion of our academy programme and oversee the delivery of a high-quality coaching and matchday programme to complement the education of our students. We are looking for a coach who has experience of delivering safe, fun and engaging sessions to girls ages 16-19 years old.
Salary: £26,000 Per Annum
Contract: FTC to 30th June 2027
What will you do?
- You will oversee the delivery of a full football programme for 2 squads (1x Female & 1 x Male)
- You will coach, develop and inspire 16-19 year olds to reach their sport and education goals
- You will coach the female squad and create a welcoming environment for new female players
- You will support promotion and recruitment for our expanding academy in seasons to come

What do you need?
- UEFA B Football Coaching Qualification or higher/ equivalent
- In date FA Safeguarding, FA First Aid Qualification and DBS Check
- Experience of working with and/or developing 16-19 year olds
- The ability to lead and inspire a team of coaches
