Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for an inspiring leader as Academy Manager of Health and Social Care
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Early years academy area, shaping and delivering a high-quality, innovative curriculum aligned with DCG's vision and strategic ambitions. This role is based at our iconic Roundhouse Campus.
The Opportunity

About You
- An inspiring and proactive leader
- Ability to motivate teams and drive high performance
- Relevant degree (or equivalent) and a teaching qualification
- Experience of teaching and/or managing within Health and Social Care
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, inclusive practice, and quality improvement
- Confident using data to enhance student outcomes
- Effective management of resources and performance
