About The Job You Are Considering
The Corporate Experience Pathway offers the opportunity to work with clients on some of their most significant business challenges, from shaping strategy and redesigning organisations to prioritising investments and delivering large scale transformation. You will help organisations adapt to change, unlock value, and achieve lasting results. Throughout the programme, you will develop into a well rounded consultant through hands on client experience, structured learning, and the support of a collaborative community committed to your growth and career development.

The Accelerate Programme
The Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience. Following an initial three week induction and a twelve week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home. Please note that you will be unable to work from home 100 percent of the time.
Your Role
As an Associate Consultant on the Corporate Experience pathway, you will develop your consulting career through a combination of client delivery, internal contributions, and continuous learning.

- Client delivery: Gather and analyse information, support requirements capture and workshops, develop recommendations and business cases, and help track project progress, risks, and actions.
- Internal contributions: Support the development of consulting methods and tools, contribute to bids and training initiatives, and help strengthen the CE community through team events, communications, and recruitment activities.
- Own your growth: Take responsibility for your development by seeking feedback, expanding your network, building new skills, and pursuing opportunities to broaden your experience.

If you are successfully offered this position, you will go through a series of pre employment checks, including identity, nationality (single or dual) or immigration status, employment history going back three continuous years, and an unspent criminal record check (known as a Disclosure and Barring Service check). You will also need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard Checks.

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last three years with no more than six months out of the country in order to meet security clearance requirements. You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
