  • June: London

Eligibility

To be eligible for this programme, you must have obtained, or be studying towards, a minimum 2:2 degree. About The Role You Are Considering

The Enterprise Data Analytics (EDA) pathway of the Accelerate Programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about data and AI. In EDA, we help clients unlock value from their data by combining data strategy, analytics, data science and AI innovation. Through our Accelerate Programme, you will develop a strong foundation in consulting while gaining hands on experience across a broad range of data and AI disciplines.

The Accelerate Programme

The Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands on client experience. Following an initial three week induction and a twelve week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home. Please note that you will be unable to work from home 100 percent of the time.

Your Role

As an Associate Consultant, you will develop the skills and experience needed to become a well rounded consultant, helping clients solve complex business challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes. From day one, you will gain hands on experience on client projects, take early responsibility, and contribute to transformation programmes that drive real business value.

Alongside your project work, you will benefit from a structured learning and development programme through the Enterprise Data Analytics Academy, designed to accelerate both your professional and technical growth. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Build core consulting skills in areas such as business analysis, stakeholder management, agile delivery, design thinking, storytelling, and communication
  • Support clients in solving complex business, data, analytics, and AI challenges. Develop expertise in modern technologies, including AI, data visualisation, cloud platforms, automation tools, and programming languages such as Python and SQL
  • Apply your skills on live client engagements, delivering innovative solutions and tangible business outcomes. Contribute to large scale transformation programmes, working collaboratively across teams and stakeholders
  • Achieve industry recognised certifications and access continuous learning opportunities tailored to your interests and career goals
  • Collaborate with specialist communities, contribute to thought leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives, and participate in innovation challenges and hackathons.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
