About the Job You’re Considering

As an Associate Consultant on our Financial Services pathway, you'll support transformation programmes, contribute to client projects and develop your consulting, technology and problem-solving skills while working across a range of industries.

The Accelerate Programme

The Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award-winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands-on client experience. Following an initial three-week induction and a twelve-week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.

Hybrid Working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business. It will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home. Please note that you will be unable to work from home 100 percent of the time.

  • Project Management
  • Office Consultant
  • Business Analyst
  • Delivery Consultant
  • Business Change Consultant
  • AI and Digital Workplace Consultant
  • Design and Strategy Consultant

Typical Responsibilities May Include:

  • Supporting business and technology transformation initiatives
  • Conducting research and analysis to solve business challenges
  • Gathering and interpreting business and user insights
  • Supporting workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Contributing to business and technology-enabled solutions
  • Presenting findings and recommendations
  • Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues

There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last three years, further checks may be required. There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS and, throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility including, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Note: You will have lived in the UK for the last three years with no more than six months out of the country in order to meet security clearance requirements. You may be required to work away from home during the week after the initial training period.
