About the Role
FROG, part of Capgemini Invent, is the reinvention and experience partner for the eco digital era, innovating with purpose at scale across technology, data and AI, and bringing a holistic approach to imagine, make and scale what’s next. Through our Accelerate Graduate Programme, you’ll join as an Associate Consultant and build the foundations of a consulting and design career from day one.
The Accelerate Programme
The Accelerate Programme is Capgemini Invent UK's award-winning graduate development programme. Over approximately 19 to 21 months, you'll progress from Associate Consultant to Consultant through a blend of structured learning, coaching, mentoring and hands-on client experience. Following an initial three-week induction and a twelve-week consulting training programme delivered by the Institute, you'll move into your chosen pathway, applying your skills on live client projects while benefiting from ongoing development, regular feedback and a strong graduate community. Travel to client sites may be required, and candidates should live within reasonable commuting distance of their chosen office location.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role
As an Associate Consultant, you will develop the key skills that shape how our clients evolve the way they work, perform and achieve their goals, working across both large-scale transformation programmes and shorter, outcome-focused initiatives. Depending on your craft team, your day-to-day responsibilities could include:
- Working closely within a project team, participating in client meetings, running workshops, or supporting delivery of key project milestones
- Designing innovative strategies and propositions across customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, marketing, content, commerce and service transformation
- Leading or contributing to user research activities, and assessing enabling technologies and platforms
- Helping bring new designs to life through real-world implementation
- Supporting business development and sales efforts, contributing to thought leadership, and engaging in internal initiatives such as training, wellbeing programmes and employee networks

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
