Account-Based Candidate Opportunity – Operational RUN Project Stream Lead (#)

About the Role

The account-based candidate will oversee the successful integration of Operational RUN projects across multiple streams of varying complexity. These projects span a diverse range of technologies, requiring expertise in operational execution, solution design, implementation, and service delivery.

  • Hybrid working: Roles involve a dynamic mix of in-office time, client visits, and occasional home working; 100% home-based roles are not possible.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the following core deliverables:

  • Leading, auditing, and ensuring evidenced-based Quality Gate completion (QGate3A) for all Operational service stream adoptions.

  • Identifying **critical Service Owners for Transition/Migration processes.

  • Establishing and managing a proactive meeting sequence with T&T and ALL RUN Delivery teams (CCP, MS, CSU) to:

    • Ensure full understanding of deliverables, scope, and timelines.
    • Provide an internal forum for addressing concerns.
  • Supporting the successful, first-time delivery of complex transition/transformation projects.

  • Overseeing peer reviews of all written work to maintain quality.

  • Aligning the Quality Gate output with the Operational Readiness Certificate (ORC).

  • Sharing the ORC with clients to enhance operational assurance.

  • Providing technical oversight and strategic governance to ensure project changes do not disrupt live services.

  • Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to RUN services.

  • Maintaining stakeholder transparency with customers and internal teams to build trust and capability.

  • Ensuring all Security & Compliance requirements are met before Service Commencement.

Requirements:

  • Resilient written, verbal, presentation skills.

  • Ability to use audit questioning techniques (open and probing questions).

  • Strong awareness of ITIL concepts to ensure alignment with Capgemini operational standards.

  • Skill to simplify and pitch concepts to diverse audiences, translating between implementation and Run scenarios, and generating quality gate documents.

  • Capability to analyse high-level solution designs and service contracts.

  • Strong client engagement and collaboration skills; effective working with account OL/SDM and Run Architect.

  • Comprehensive understanding of LDC and GDC models, as well as our shift-left delivery methodologies.

  • Client business needs analysis and expectation management against requirements.
