Help us make mental health support accessible to everyone

Norfolk and Waveney Mind is seeking an experienced and passionate Access and Inclusion Manager to lead the development and delivery of our Access and Inclusion Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by reducing health inequalities and improving access to mental health support for people and communities who are currently underrepresented in services.

Working across Norfolk and Waveney, you will lead the Access and Inclusion specialist team which focuses on engaging with seldom-heard communities, people with protected characteristics, and inclusion health groups. You Will

  • Lead initiatives that improve access to NHS Talking Therapies for underrepresented groups.

  • Help shape services that reflect the diverse needs of local communities.
  • Use data and insight to identify disparities in access and recovery outcomes.
  • Oversee the development of inclusion dashboards and reporting mechanisms.
  • Build strong partnerships across the mental health, health, social care and voluntary sectors.
  • Champion trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
