This full-time post is available immediately on a permanent basis.
The starting salary will be from £33,951 on Grade E, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
The Role
This position within the Access, Participation and Outreach Team will lead on a programme of research and analysis to support our policy decision-making and show the impact of our work across the student lifecycle to improve student outcomes and meet the targets set out in our Access and Participation Plan. The post will also involve providing analytical expertise and reporting to the University’s Success for All Strategy Group and relating Working Groups to help inform wider work to address risks to equal opportunity. This role involves collaboration with multiple teams across the university.
You
We are looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, experience in interrogating and synthesising evidence from a range of sources, and the ability to work with complex datasets, as well as considering policy related implications and communicating confidently via presentations and written briefings. You will have excellent time management skills and be comfortable managing a mixed portfolio of tasks working in small high performing team.
