Job Summary

A fast-paced scheduling role supporting our Access Management Team in coordinating and facilitating access to a range of radio mast sites in secure settings across the country. You will become part of a team of five (within the larger Telecoms team of 16) and will primarily have responsibility for ensuring access to sites is arranged meeting all compliance requirements.

Salary and package

  • Based in our Tunbridge Wells office in the Pantiles
  • Permanent position
  • Full-time
  • 23 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays (prorated) and Birthday holiday
  • £25,000 - £26,000 per annum
  • Discretionary bonus
  • Life Insurance cover

Qualification and Skills

  • Self-motivated, highly organised and have an ability to prioritise
  • A keen eye for detail, accuracy and problem solving
  • Ability to manage own workload and work towards deadlines and ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met
  • Conversant with the basic Microsoft suite of programs (predominantly Outlook and Excel)
  • Ability to accurately review documentation
  • Excellent written and oral communication

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Management of a busy Email inbox
  • Implementation of a procedure to facilitate access onto our clients’ land in an orderly manner
  • Organisation of multiple access requests simultaneously
  • Interaction with clients and their staff to align availability
  • Providing administrative support to the Telecoms Team
  • Support with invoicing

Other requirements

  • Must have the permanent right to work in the U.K.

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
