Access to Information Officer
As an Access to Information Officer, your primary responsibility will be the accurate and timely processing of Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, Access to Health Records Act 1990, Freedom of Information Act 2000, and the Common Law Duty of Confidentiality.

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Information Governance team, manage sensitive information securely, and work autonomously while seeking guidance from the Information Governance and Privacy Manager on complex cases or disclosure decisions.

- Salary: £30,205 per annum
- Contract: permanent, full time
- Location: Warwickshire
