Your Profile
- Higher legal education;
- At least 1 year of experience (work experience with a lawyer is desirable);
- Knowledge of civil, banking, and labour legislation;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, English preferred;
- Having the opportunity to visit the regions;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Office programs;
- Having data analysis and proper presentation skills;
- Responsibility and attention to detail;
- Ability and willingness to work in a team.

Responsibilities
- Providing a legal opinion on issues arising in practical work based on written requests of the bank’s structural divisions;
- Providing legal opinions on the Bank’s internal normative documents, preparing drafts of the Department’s internal normative documents;
- Constantly monitoring the innovations in the legislation and preparing bulletins related to the innovations;
- Conducting registration works in relevant state institutions related to the application of corporate management standards;
- Implementation of legal expertise of the contracts concluded with the bank’s partners;
- Ensuring accountability of documents received by the department;
- To keep in full control of the works in progress, not to allow delays in the direction of obtaining the results of the works, to be fully informed about the works in progress;
- Performing other tasks of the manager.
