Role Description
The Accessibility Manager will be a key member of the Operations team, responsible for the planning and delivery of accessible ticketing, facilities, and services across Cuffe & Taylor events. The role covers all aspects of accessibility management, including systems and process development, on-site delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, while working closely with Ticketing, Event Management, Marketing, and external disability and inclusivity suppliers and organisations.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced live events environment, with a genuine commitment to inclusivity and improving the fan experience. Previous experience within accessibility management, event management, disability services, or customer services would be beneficial, particularly within live music, festivals, touring, or large-scale outdoor events. Flexibility and a willingness to travel and work on site, including evenings and weekends during event periods, will be essential.

Who You Are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
Essential
- Strong understanding of accessibility requirements and disability inclusion in a customer-facing environment
- Detailed project management / planning experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Extremely well organised and self-motivated
Desirable
- Knowledge of relevant accessibility legislation and best practice (e.g. Equality Act 2010, Access Card scheme)
- Has had accessibility awareness training
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g. Nimbus, Ticketmaster)
- Event Management training
- Experience liaising with disability and inclusivity organisations, advocacy groups, or service providers
- Experience in negotiation with suppliers and partners
- Knowledge of live music industry and event management experience

What The Role Includes
- Develop and manage systems, workflows, and procedures for accessible ticketing across all Cuffe & Taylor events, including accessible applications. Coordinate with partners (e.g., Nimbus, Ticketmaster) to ensure accurate, up-to-date information and provide regular updates to directors, event managers, and relevant teams on accessible ticket allocations and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Live Nation team to maintain alignment with the Live Nation Accessibility Charter.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive Accessibility Management Plans (C&T Accessibility Charter), fan-facing accessibility packs/FAQs, and accessibility handbooks for staff and volunteers. Ensure accurate, consistent accessibility information is available across digital platforms.
- Effectively project manage, report on, and operationally execute the delivery of accessible facilities for our events, providing a safe, inclusive, and accessible experience for all accessible customers, artists, partners, staff, and volunteers.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with disability and inclusivity organisations, advocacy groups, and service providers to enhance accessibility delivery and community engagement.
- Stay informed on accessibility innovations and best practices within the live music and events industry.
- Conduct on-site audits of accessibility facilities, capturing images and detailed notes to support post-event reviews and responses to feedback or complaints.
- Debrief events, gather, and report on fans feedback and insight, utilising this to influence business strategy and improve future service delivery for fans.
- Provide support to the event management team as required, both on-site and in administrative tasks.
- Monitor accessibility and customer service on-site during events.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required.
