Accessibility Manager, Digital Marketing
Marsh is seeking candidates for the position of Accessibility Manager, Digital Marketing, based out of our Dublin office.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in digital accessibility, governance, and remediation delivery across websites, marketing content, and digital communications. This role will be responsible for driving Marsh’s Digital Marketing Centre of Excellence accessibility program across core marketing websites and related digital content, embedding accessibility into day-to-day delivery, and helping teams build accessibility in earlier in the process rather than fixing issues later.
You will help shape how AI is used to support accessibility governance and operations, ensuring AI-enabled tools are used responsibly, validated appropriately, and aligned to accessibility, legal, privacy, and brand standards.
You can expect to work across web pages, templates, components, marketing emails, documents, PDFs, and video/audio content, with a strong focus on achieving and sustaining conformance to the latest WCAG standards.
Reporting to the Global Content Strategy and Governance Lead and working with stakeholders across marketing, technology, design, content, QA, compliance, legal, and procurement, this role will support our global business and offer a wide variety of exposure and opportunities to make a material impact to the organization and with our clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the accessibility remediation programme: Drive the end-to-end accessibility agenda across design, code, and content, including intake, triage, prioritization, defect management, delivery coordination, and reporting.
- Establish and continuously improve shift-left accessibility governance: Drive an effective accessibility governance including approval processes, playbooks, reusable patterns, acceptance criteria, quality gates, training, and auditing.
- Embed accessibility across key process areas: Partner with UX/UI, Technology, QA, Content, and Marketing to embed and continuously improve accessible patterns and practices across the design system, implementation, publishing, and digital content lifecycle.
- Drive the use of AI in accessibility operations: improve efficiency and effectiveness through the introduction of approved AI use cases, human review requirements, quality controls, escalation paths, and validation of AI-assisted outputs.
- 3rd party management and internal coaching: Manage third-party accessibility suppliers and deliver training, coaching, and guidance to build capability across design, engineering, QA, marketing, and content teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
