Administrator - Accident Repair Centre Bradford
The purpose of the ARC Administrator is to proactively manage the service front of house customer experience whilst achieving budgeted financial and operational objectives.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing a professional, friendly and efficient service both in person, over email and telephone.
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the Bodyshop by liaising effectively with insurers, manufacturers, suppliers, work providers and internal departments.
- Booking and scheduling vehicles efficiently to maximise workshop utilisation and customer convenience.
- Preparing accurate job cards and maintaining customer and vehicle records in line with company and manufacturer standards.
- Updating insurer, manufacturer and work provider portals within agreed service level requirements and timescales.
- Adhering to all company, manufacturer and Brand standards, policies and procedures.
- Supporting the wider Bodyshop team with general administration and operational duties where required.
- Monitoring and management of outstanding debtors, ensuring invoices and payments are followed up professionally and in a timely manner.

What We Are Looking For
- A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and consistently achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience within a customer service, administration, reception, Bodyshop or automotive environment would be advantageous.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workload within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT and system skills, with the ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
- Full UK driving licence preferred, with no excessive penalty points.
