Accident Repair Centre Manager – Oswestry

Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Oswestry Accident Repair Centre for an Accident Repair Centre Manager

The successful candidate will be Managing the daily functions within the Accident Repair Centre to include assessing damaged vehicles and dealing with insurance companies and customers, in a fast-paced professional Accident Repair Centre.

Key Tasks For The Bodyshop Manager Will Be

  • Assess and estimate damaged vehicles brought in for repair using Audatex, GT Motive
  • Effectively operate the Bodyshop management system "BMS Eclipse"
  • Raising job cards/Invoicing jobs
  • QC completed vehicles.
  • Manage activities of the production/workshop operations to ensure efficient work schedules
  • Implement/manage work processes to ensure quality/service levels meet or exceed expectations
  • Hold daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with the team, parts and reception staff
  • Identify training and development needs and implement required training and coaching

Key Requirements For The Successful ARC Manager

  • Previous experience of working in an Accident Repair Centre environment in a similar role is essential
  • ATA or IMI Level 3 in vehicle damage assessment is advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Audatex Experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and still produce a high standard of work and customer satisfaction.
  • You will have a clear understanding of modern repair processes and techniques, also an eye for driving sales opportunities combined with strong interpersonal skills
