The Repair Progression Team plays a crucial role in supporting customers following an accident. Working closely with repairers, engineers, suppliers and insurers, the team is responsible for keeping repairs moving, reducing vehicle downtime and ensuring customers remain informed throughout their repair journey.
This is a highly proactive role. You'll be responsible for managing and progressing your own portfolio of repair cases. You'll take ownership of actions, identifying next steps and driving claims forward, this includes proactively engaging with repairers and stakeholders to obtain updates, overcome delays and help get customers back on the road as quickly as possible.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a caseload of repair claims, prioritising vehicle off-road repairs and ensuring claims progress efficiently.
- Liaising with repairers, engineers, suppliers, insurers and internal stakeholders to obtain updates and drive repairs through to completion.
- Proactively identifying, investigating and escalating issues that could impact repair completion dates or customer satisfaction.
- Providing regular and timely updates to drivers, customers and fleet managers throughout the repair journey.
- Managing shared mailboxes effectively, ensuring all queries, requests and actions are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintaining accurate records and case notes to support effective case management, compliance requirements and management information reporting.
- Building strong working relationships with repairers, suppliers and colleagues across Accident Services to achieve the best possible outcomes for customers.
- Ensuring workload is managed effectively, prioritising tasks appropriately and meeting departmental service standards and KPIs.
- Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively across the wider business to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
