Job Description

Join us at Warwick Castle Knights Village & Accommodation Estate as our Accommodation Food & Beverage Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable guest experiences within one of the UK's most unique hospitality destinations. Leading the food and beverage operation across our accommodation estate, you will inspire and develop high-performing teams, drive exceptional service standards, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience that complements their stay.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of operational excellence. You'll have the autonomy to influence performance, maximise revenue opportunities, and shape a positive team culture while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and guest satisfaction. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation across the accommodation estate, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational excellence.
  • Drive guest satisfaction by delivering memorable dining experiences, resolving issues effectively, and continuously improving service performance.
  • Develop and inspire teams through recruitment, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Achieve financial targets by managing labour costs, controlling budgets, maximising revenue opportunities, and improving profitability.
  • Ensure compliance and safety by maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, allergen management, health & safety, and company policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Accommodation, Reception, Housekeeping, Culinary, and Events teams to support business objectives and enhance the guest experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role within hospitality, hotels, leisure, or visitor attractions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience developing, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, labour control, and delivering revenue and profitability targets.
  • Excellent guest service focus, with a track record of enhancing guest satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, health & safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities and peak trading periods.
