Our Head office is based at Newbridge, Edinburgh, with depots across Scotland and Manchester. We operate through 6 divisions incorporating Plant, Handling, Access, Accommodation, Power and Commercial Vehicles. The Role Of Accommodation Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Accommodation Engineer, based in our Glasgow Accommodation Depot you will be responsible for servicing and repairing company equipment in a safe and efficient manner. You will be expected to ensure that the hire fleet is checked, serviced and repaired to company standards. Due to the fast-paced nature of the hire industry, fitters will need to demonstrate flexibility in adapting to a change of situation and working as a team.

Main Responsibilities Include

Accommodation & Welfare Unit Maintenance & Preparation

  • Service, repair and maintain accommodation units, welfare units and related hire equipment to company and legal standards, Both at customer job sites and in our depot locations.
  • Maintain accurate job sheets, paperwork and service records.
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to complete allocated work and identify potential faults before they become future issues.
