Job Role

We're Hiring: Accommodation Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting people through challenging times? Do you have the resilience, empathy, and determination to help individuals overcome barriers and move forward with their lives? As part of our team, you'll support individuals facing housing challenges to access the guidance, services, and opportunities they need to secure stable accommodation and regain independence. This is more than a support role; it's an opportunity to make a lasting difference while building a rewarding career.

Working closely with participants, you'll identify barriers, develop tailored action plans, and provide practical support to help them sustain tenancies, improve life skills, and achieve positive outcomes. Success in this role is built on strong relationships. You'll work alongside probation teams, local authorities, housing providers, landlords, and community organisations to identify solutions and help individuals take important steps towards long-term stability and independence.

We're looking for motivated and proactive individuals who enjoy working with people and making a positive difference. Strong communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a caseload and maintain accurate records. Experience in housing, homelessness, criminal justice, welfare-to-work, community support, or other people-focused environments would be beneficial. However, transferable skills, relevant lived experience, and a genuine commitment to helping others achieve positive change are equally valued.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
