Working Hours and Pattern
- 35 Hours Per Week
- Rotating shift basis with regular weekend and bank holiday working
Shift Times
- Day Shift: 8:00am to 3:30pm
- Evening Shift: 2:30pm to 9:30pm
- Night Shift: 9:15pm to 8:15am
Requirements
- Flexibility to work all shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
Contract Type
- Full-Time, Permanent
Additional Payments
- 20% Flexibility payment

Role Overview
This role involves direct work with Manchester's homeless community, specifically at Broom Lane, a 15-bed mixed accommodation for individuals with complex/high support needs. The role includes supporting residents to settle into accommodation, completing paperwork and benefit claims, acting as a keyworker, completing support sessions, and managing move-on work. The role also involves administrative duties, managing emergency incidents, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Support residents to settle into accommodation
- Complete booking in paperwork and benefit claims
- Act as a keyworker for a case load of residents
- Complete support sessions and referrals
- Manage move-on work with residents
- Handle administrative duties using multiple systems
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Handle emergency incidents
