Account Administrator for ASOS.com
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Administrator to manage operational and administrative tasks for our major retail partner, ASOS.com. The ideal candidate has deep familiarity with ASOS vendor processes, product onboarding systems, and compliance guidelines, along with a genuine passion for fashion jewellery and accessories.
Key Responsibilities
Account Administration & Portal Management
- Oversee order processing, invoicing, delivery scheduling, and logistics documentation in compliance with ASOS vendor standards.
- Manage product listing lifecycles on ASOS platforms, including SKU setup, product data uploading, and rich attribute tagging.
- Monitor vendor portals for updates, compliance checks, and routing requests.
- Act as the primary administrative contact between our internal teams (sales, design, logistics) and ASOS account leads.

Product & Sample Coordination
- Maintain sample tracking systems for buyer sign-offs, photo shoots, and quality control reviews.
- Manage line sheets, price lists, and barcode/labelling accuracy.
- Prepare samples presentation against Trends
Candidate Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience working either directly for ASOS.com or managing an account/brand supplying to ASOS.com.
- Proven track record navigating ASOS vendor tools, portal systems, compliance rules, and delivery guidelines.

Knowledge & Interests
- Strong passion for and understanding of fashion accessories and jewellery (materials, care standards, sizing, packaging rules, and trend vocabulary).
- Familiarity with retail supply chain administration, EDI systems, and wholesale order processing.
Key Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail for managing large volumes of product data.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with buyers, merchandisers, and warehouse personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
