About Tidal Vision:
We believe that sustainability should not require customers to compromise on price, convenience, or performance. Our mission is to create positive and systemic environmental impact by making our biopolymer solutions cost competitive, more convenient, and better performing than the synthetic chemicals we displace. We value innovation and take pride in challenging the status-quo; we choose to view obstacles as opportunities. We value new ideas and encourage the team to apply creativity and invent new solutions to meet challenging demands. We foster open, direct communication, and a collaborative working environment through our unique approach to work culture. About Cesco Solutions:
Cesco Solutions is an industrial water treatment and sanitation chemical provider specialising in high-organics wastewater from food processing and related industries. As part of Tidal Vision, Cesco leverages chitosan-based chemistry as a sustainable alternative to traditional metal-based coagulants to improve clarification, reduce sludge, and enhance treatment efficiency. By combining advanced chemistry, application expertise, and operational support, Cesco helps facilities optimise wastewater performance, lower chemical consumption, and maintain regulatory compliance while advancing more sustainable treatment practices.
About Tidal Vision’s Unique Work Culture:
Tidal Vision strives to build and invest in the highest performing and most innovative team. We put our people and customers above process, avoid company-wide rules as much as possible, and have the courage to take unusual approaches to advance our mission. With this approach, we believe we can create a more flexible, fun, stimulating, creative, collaborative, and innovative organisation. Our commitment to developing, practicing and promoting direct and open communication, responsibility and freedom, and leading with and seeking context is a responsibility for every role at Tidal Vision.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced wastewater application specialist who can build trusted relationships with customer teams, understand treatment-plant performance in detail, and provide the regular technical service required to keep chemical and equipment programmes operating safely, reliably and effectively.
The successful candidate will take primary responsibility for customer satisfaction, account retention and continuous improvement across an assigned UK territory. The role combines scheduled account service, wastewater applications support, process troubleshooting, operator training and commercial account development. Sales remains an important element: the postholder will identify opportunities to expand successful programmes within existing accounts and will support the development of selected new customers where Cesco’s chemistry and service model can deliver measurable value.
The position is home-based and requires regular travel to customer sites, including overnight stays. The successful candidate will work closely with Cesco and Tidal Vision colleagues to coordinate technical, laboratory, equipment and commercial support and to ensure consistent follow-through on customer commitments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
