The Opportunity
An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join the finance team and support the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of accounting responsibilities, with the opportunity to develop your technical skills and gain valuable experience within the property and real estate sector.
You will work closely with the wider finance and property teams, ensuring financial information is accurately maintained and financial processes are delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Assisting with bank reconciliations and day-to-day bookkeeping
- Processing payments and receipts
- Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciling supplier and client accounts
- Assisting with month-end processes and management reporting
- Supporting credit control and monitoring outstanding balances
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with property-related accounting and administration
- Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks
About You
The successful candidate will have some previous experience within an accounts or finance environment and be keen to develop their career within a professional property business.

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication skills and a professional manner
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
