Volunteer Account Assistant — Leafield Athletic Ladies FC

About the club Leafield Athletic Ladies FC is one of the Midlands’ pioneering clubs dedicated to female players, with a long-standing commitment to the women’s game. Based on Rumbush Lane in Earlswood, we offer coaching and competitive playing opportunities for girls and women aged five and above. As a volunteer-led organisation, we rely on the goodwill of parents, carers, and the local community to keep things running, and every pound raised goes directly toward improving our players’ football experience.

About the role This is a voluntary, remote role, ideally suited to accounting and finance students looking to build practical experience in a real financial environment. You’ll work closely with the club’s leadership to support transparent, efficient financial management while gaining hands-on exposure you can take into your career.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
