Description

Key Responsibilities of an Account Associate Director:

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to clients to support their business growth and decision-making.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client services and develop tailored financial solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide proactive financial guidance.
  • Ensure all financial operations align with company policies and relevant legislation.
  • Maintain and build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.

Profile

The ideal Account Associate Director will be ACA or ACCA qualified with significant experience gained within accountancy practice. They will have a strong technical background, proven people management skills, and experience managing a portfolio of clients.
