Description

Aurora is seeking an Account Management Associate to join our Oxford team. In this role, you will work with a dedicated team of Senior Account Managers to coordinate delivery and execution of Aurora's world-leading subscription products across accounts, ensuring workshops, onboarding, and service delivery are scheduled and completed effectively. You will act as the central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, while also supporting client engagement by identifying new users and coordinating product demos (e.g. EOS) to drive adoption.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring a consistent client experience while enabling Account Managers to focus on renewals, expansion, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workshops, onboarding sessions, and client events, ensuring scheduling, logistics, and preparation are managed effectively.
- Manage delivery timelines and milestones across accounts, tracking commitments and ensuring actions are completed.
- Act as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, aligning inputs from Research, Product, and Delivery teams.
- Identify new users within client organisations and coordinate product demos (e.g. EOS) to support onboarding and drive product adoption.
- Maintain regular contact with client stakeholders related to delivery, onboarding, and usage.
- Prepare contracts for up- and cross-sell opportunities with our clients.
- Track delivery progress, actions, and account activity, ensuring visibility of key milestones and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support activity tracking and reporting.
- Prepare reporting packs and support service reviews.

What we are looking for
Required attributes:
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Structured and process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Calm and adaptable in high-pressure and uncertain situations.
- Proactive and versatile in adapting to an evolving and fast-moving industry.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven success in team-oriented environments.
- Can effectively apply AI to drive value of (prepared) interactions with clients.
- Passionate and curious about the energy transition.
- Fluent in English.
Desirable attributes:
- Ideally, customer service or customer success experience.
- Ideally, experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Previous professional exposure to energy economics, power markets, and power network.
- Fluency in a major European language beyond English is a plus.

This role does not include commercial ownership. The Account Management Associate is not responsible for renewals, contract negotiations, upsell or cross-sell opportunities, or overall account ownership.
