Role Description
The Account Associate, Oxford is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting client relationships and service delivery in Aurora’s core market. The individual in this role will assist with account management activities, including maintaining accurate client records, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating follow-up actions.

- Responding to client inquiries
- Ensuring timely delivery of insights and reports
- Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs
The Account Associate will help identify opportunities to deepen engagement, support renewals, and contribute to smooth onboarding of new clients. This role is based in Aurora’s Oxford office and involves working closely with colleagues across commercial, analytical, and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service capabilities to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Solid analytical skills to interpret data, understand energy market insights, and support client-focused solutions.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Experience or interest in account management, including coordinating activities, tracking commitments, and supporting renewals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, energy, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with standard office software and CRM tools; familiarity with energy markets or consulting environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
