Account Based Marketing Market Research Executive

Salary: £30,000 dependant on experience plus bonus and other Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid working in our Cannock office

Key responsibilities:

  • Accountable for supporting the ABM Manager in the delivery of the ABM strategy.
  • Conduct comprehensive research of high-value target accounts, key stakeholders, competition and the offering to ensure communication resonates with the right decision makers.
  • Develop in-depth insights reports for key accounts including comprehensive stakeholder mapping and individual persona development.
  • Prepare research recommendations and strategic insights for campaign development.
  • Work with the communications to utilise media resonance and social listening tools to gather insights for ABM campaigns.
  • Support in the execution of multi-channel ABM campaigns across current marketing automation software. Utilising full Marketing tech stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including wider marketing, business development, policy and technical to ensure alignment and maximise the impact of ABM initiatives. Ensuring the alignment of messaging, content and delivery channels, as well as managing expectations of projects and working to a deadline to support the team and wider business.
  • Responsible for relationship building and nurturing across target accounts to deliver marketing qualified contacts.
  • Ensuring all Marketing generated data is managed legally and appropriately
  • Ownership of personal development plan to self-develop in marketing and professional skills, ensuring you are keeping on top of your specialism and up-to-date on prospect news and new trends in the marketing industry.
  • Responsible for establishing relationships across the business units that ABM directly links into
  • Responsible for becoming a key point of contact for wider stakeholders outside of senior leadership teams
  • Responsible for developing progressive rapport with designated business development leads
  • Responsible for keeping on top of sector trends and developing relationships with customers when marketing opportunities arise
  • Responsible for GDPR managed data to utilise in campaigns
