About the Role:
As the Regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for EMEA, you will play a key role in bringing Mendix's global ABM strategy to life across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. You'll partner closely with regional Sales, BDR, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to implement high-impact 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that reflect the outstanding dynamics of EMEA markets and accelerate account progression.
While aligned to a global ABM strategy, you will be responsible for regional execution, adapting messaging, campaigns, events, and experiences to meet local market needs while maintaining global consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Regional ABM Execution
Execute global 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies the EMEA region, adapting programs to regional priorities, customer needs, and market dynamics. Serve as the voice of the region within the global organization, providing market insights, identifying regional opportunities, and helping evolve global programs based on local customer and sales feedback. - Build Creative Account Engagement Programs
Develop innovative account-based campaigns and experiences that help progress strategic opportunities through the sales cycle, including executive engagement, workshops, direct mail, field experiences, customer events, and digital programs. - Partner with Sales Teams
Work closely with Sales and BDR teams to identify priority accounts, develop account engagement strategies, and align marketing programs with outbound sales motions that drive meetings, pipeline, and opportunity progression. - Localize Global Programs
Partner with global ABM, Product Marketing, Digital, and Content teams to localize campaigns, messaging, and content for EMEA markets while ensuring consistency with global strategy. Account for varying languages, cultures, regulations, and buying behaviors across EMEA countries. - Deliver Coordinated Campaigns
Coordinate multi-channel ABM programs across digital, outbound, events, paid media, web personalization, and executive engagement to reach technical, business, and executive customers across the buying group. - Leverage ABM Technology
Work with platforms such as Demandbase, Qualified, CRM, and marketing automation tools to implement personalized campaigns and measure account engagement. Provide input on EMEA-specific technology, data, and process requirements to ensure regional success in ABM execution. - Measure & Optimize Performance
Monitor account engagement, meetings, pipeline progression, and campaign performance. Use data, sales feedback, and regional insights to continuously improve programs.

About You:
- Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing, with experience in Account-Based Marketing, Field Marketing, Enterprise Marketing, or Demand Generation.
- Experience developing and driving marketing programs, with a strong understanding of regional business practices, cultural nuances, and buying behaviors.
- Consistent record developing creative account engagement programs that help advance enterprise opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Experience partnering closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to execute coordinated account strategies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups.
- Experience accomplishing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, outbound, and executive engagement programs.
- Proven experience with marketing technologies such as Demandbase, Qualified, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and web personalization tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across countries, languages, and time zones.
- Data-driven mentality, using campaign and account insights to optimize performance and improve account progression.
- Understanding of regional regulatory considerations, including GDPR and other privacy requirements impacting marketing execution across EMEA.
- Curious about AI and emerging marketing technologies, with an interest in applying them to improve personalization, account research, and campaign execution.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is £60,000- £65,000 annually and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
