The Role:
The role will focus on developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key global clients across multiple regions, with the goal of driving business growth through innovative partner campaigns. The ideal candidate will also support the commercial team by leveraging partner marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase revenue.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute ABM strategies for priority global accounts, aligning activity to commercial objectives and delivering measurable business growth.
- Leverage customer insight, market intelligence and account analytics to identify opportunities, inform campaign strategy and prioritise investment across target accounts.
- Translate research, customer intelligence and commercial data into tailored marketing programmes that strengthen customer relationships, support account development plans and accelerate pipeline opportunities.
- Measure, evaluate and optimize ABM performance using defined KPIs, campaign analytics and customer engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation’s customer intelligence capability, ensuring insights, campaign learnings and best practice are captured and shared to continually improve strategic decision-making.

Focus on People:
- Collaborate with Commercial, Creative, Research & Insights, NPD, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support business goals.
- Coordinate with external suppliers, agencies, and partners to manage the production and delivery of marketing assets.
Practical & Technical Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of Account-based Marketing (ABM) principles and execution, particularly across global markets.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including pair social, email marketing and content marketing.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment to support revenue generation.
- Solid grasp of web analytics tools.
- Understanding of tone and messaging strategies tailored to different global markets and audiences.
- Confident in managing partner marketing relationships and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. CIM) are advantageous.
- 5+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally within an agency or in-house managing multiple global clients.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing ABM campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Previous experience within the aviation / travel / food sectors advantageous.
