Job Description

We're looking for an Accounts Business Partner to manage and grow key client accounts, deliver outstanding recruitment solutions, and build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the delivery of recruitment services across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring service levels are consistently achieved.
- Identifying opportunities to grow business within existing accounts.
- Attending client meetings and acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, advertising, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Interviewing, registering, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Matching candidates to permanent, temporary, and interim opportunities.
- Completing compliance, referencing, and administrative requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team and business objectives.

- Experience in recruitment, account management, sales, or a customer-focused environment.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive and commercial mindset with a passion for delivering results.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
