Hybrid | Full Time | 6 Month FTC
Location: Birmingham
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and enjoy managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment?
We're looking for an Account Co-ordinator to join our Public Notice Delivery team, supporting Local Authorities and public sector clients to deliver statutory and legal notices accurately and on time.
From planning applications and road closures to nationally significant infrastructure projects such as HS2, you'll play a key role in ensuring legally required notices reach the right audiences, while providing an exceptional service to our clients.
What you'll be doing
As the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients, you'll:
- Manage public notice orders from instruction through to publication.
- Liaise with newspapers and media suppliers to secure publication deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with Local Authority and Government clients.
- Review orders to ensure rates, discounts, and commercial details are correct.
- Monitor deadlines to ensure all notices are published accurately and on time.
- Resolve client and finance queries efficiently.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Look for opportunities to achieve the best value for clients through effective supplier negotiation.

Previous experience in account co-ordination, customer service, project coordination, or administration would be beneficial, although attitude and organisation are just as important.
