🚀 Now Hiring: Account Coordinator – Food Delivery We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join a fast-growing food delivery team in London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, account management, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with restaurant partners, helping them get the most out of the platform and supporting their day-to-day needs.
📍 Location: London – Aldgate
💼 Contract: 6 months minimum, with potential extension
🕐 Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week
💰 Salary: £20.00 per Hour on PAYE, Gross (INSIDE-IR35)

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of restaurant partners
- Respond to restaurant support issues and enquiries professionally
- Support technical setup and account changes
- Educate restaurant partners on products, tools, and features
- Execute email communications and partner engagement activities
- Analyse restaurant feedback and identify trends
- Contribute to process and service improvements
👤 What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in customer support, sales, vendor management, or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organised, personable, and patient
- Good operational and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations
