We are dedicated to ensuring our partners—from large enterprise brands to local independent businesses—achieve their full potential on the Uber platform.
Our team is a dynamic, collaborative, and results-oriented group that thrives on building strong relationships and delivering operational excellence. The Account Coordinator is a pivotal role within this ecosystem, serving as the foundational support of the account management team.

As an Account Coordinator, you will act as the operational backbone for our client-facing teams with our Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. Your primary focus is to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall partner experience for some of our largest partners by providing comprehensive administrative, reporting, and process support. You will be expected to master our internal systems and workflows, providing the seamless support that allows our commercial teams to scale and our partners to thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
