The Opportunity
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to support a high-profile global client programme and play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience to hiring managers, suppliers, and contingent workers throughout their engagement lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a recruitment, MSP, RPO, contractor care, onboarding, compliance, payroll, or workforce administration background who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting workers through every stage of their engagement.
You will work closely with the Account Director and wider programme team, acting as a key point of contact for PAYE workers, freelancers, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting contingent workers throughout their assignment lifecycle, from onboarding through to offboarding
- Explaining PAYE arrangements, payroll processes, and employment documentation to new workers
- Supporting workers with payroll, holiday pay, timesheet, and onboarding queries
- Managing worker contract extensions, amendments, and assignment changes
- Building strong relationships with client stakeholders, hiring managers, workers, and suppliers
- Coordinating Right to Work checks, onboarding documentation, and compliance processes
- Maintaining accurate worker records across multiple systems
- Supporting payroll administration activities and ensuring information is submitted accurately and on time
- Managing worker and stakeholder queries through phone, email, and system-based communication
- Supporting programme reporting, audits, compliance activities, and service level agreements
- Assisting with process improvements and programme adoption initiatives
- Participating in regular client and internal meetings

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience supporting PAYE workers, contractors, freelancers, or temporary workers
- Experience within recruitment, staffing, MSP, RPO, payroll, HR operations, workforce administration, or contractor management environments
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Experience handling onboarding documentation and worker lifecycle processes
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident using multiple systems and databases simultaneously
Highly Desirable
- PAYE payroll experience
- Understanding of holiday pay administration
- Experience supporting contingent workforce programmes
- Knowledge of contractor onboarding processes
- Familiarity with freelancer engagement models
- Exposure to IR35 legislation or contractor compliance processes
- Experience using Bullhorn, Avionté, Fieldglass, Beeline, Workday, Oracle, Worksome, Worksuite, or YunoJuno
