About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join a thriving Ads team, supporting the seamless execution of advertising campaigns from pre-sale through post-sale. In this pivotal support role, you will be instrumental in ensuring operational excellence for both Live and on-demand campaign operations. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of campaign launches, the accuracy of reporting, and the overall success of advertising partnerships, working closely with the Account Management team to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do
- Complete internal intake forms for campaign execution.
- Manage Insertion Order creation and upload into internal systems.
- Submit and manage JIRA tickets with Ads Operations and vendor teams.
- Coordinate asset collection and confirm trafficking readiness prior to launch.
- Escalate executional blockers or delays as appropriate.
- Support the billing and reconciliation process across Live and on-demand campaigns.
- Escalate delivery concerns surfaced through client communication or internal pacing review.
- Support the Account Management team with reporting needs.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience in Account Coordination, Sales Planning, or Account Management support within digital media (video advertising preferred).
- Experience working within CRM, OMS, and/or ad serving platforms.
- Working knowledge of Direct IO, Programmatic Guaranteed, and PMP advertising.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Client-facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment in identifying and escalating issues.
