Achieve the sales plan and KPI targets for the assigned region.
The role of an Account Coordinator is to have a passion for people and services, with experience in retail, artistry, and education. The candidate must be a strong salesperson who is able to attract and advise customers, drive sales, and adhere to the guidelines and standards of our retailer. An Account Coordinator must be able to successfully plan and execute store-level events and trainings. They should possess effective communication skills, provide timely reporting, and build collaborative relationships.
Excellent customer service, artistry skills, and the ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment are critical to success in this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for achieving the retail sales plan and company KPIs for the region
- Provide best-in-class training to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Build strong collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to implement a targeted strategy to improve results in alignment with company objectives
- Adhere to all budgets, including freelancer expenses and the ABH expense policy
- Responsible for completing all administrative tasks by the applicable deadlines
- Adhere to the ABH dress code while continuously adapting attire to current trends

COMPETENCIES
- 3–5 years of retail experience
- 3+ years of experience managing a counter generating at least $1 million in sales and successfully running a business
- Driven to achieve results
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop others
- Ability to make strategic decisions based on sales analysis
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to collaborate and build positive/effective business partnerships
- Effective communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Memorable, positive, and professional presence
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Fluent English skills are a plus.
