About the Role

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to join a leading global technology and delivery platform and support a growing portfolio of restaurant partners. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with restaurant partners, resolving day-to-day queries, supporting account setup and changes, and helping partners get the most from the platform.

You will work closely with internal teams and restaurant partners in a fast-paced environment, while also using partner feedback and operational insights to help improve processes and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of restaurant partners.
  • Respond to inbound partner queries and support issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist restaurant partners with account setup, technical changes and ongoing account updates.
  • Provide guidance and education on platform tools, features and processes.
  • Support partners in resolving operational and account-related issues.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of partner interactions and account activity.
  • Communicate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Gather and analyse restaurant partner feedback to identify recurring issues and trends.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, tools and partner experience.
  • Deliver both personalised and standardised communications to restaurant partners.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
