Job Description:

At DXC Technology, we're helping some of the world's leading insurers modernise their businesses through innovative technology, industry expertise, and market-leading insurance software solutions.

We're looking for an experienced Account Delivery Lead to join our UK&I Insurance Software business. This is a high-profile leadership role where you'll own strategic customer relationships, lead complex service delivery engagements, drive commercial growth, and help shape the future of digital transformation across the insurance sector.

If you thrive in a customer-facing environment, enjoy building trusted executive relationships, and have a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

As an Account Delivery Lead, you'll be the trusted partner for some of DXC's most important insurance customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to create additional value and business growth.

You'll:

  • Lead the delivery of complex insurance software services and programmes for key customer accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships, acting as the primary delivery contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account success.
  • Oversee service performance, governance, risk management, and contractual commitments.
  • Own account financial performance, including forecasting, revenue growth, profitability, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product and Delivery teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Support customers on their digital transformation journeys, helping them adopt innovative technologies and modern insurance platforms.
  • Lead governance forums and strategic business reviews with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement initiatives, and service innovation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
